Refund Policy

At Gracetone Digital Studio, we are committed to delivering high-quality creative and production services. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be granted.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all customers who book or purchase services, including studio space rental, photography, videography, audio recording, post-production, design, and co-working hub access.

2. Booking Deposits

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee to secure the studio time slot.
Deposits are used to reserve studio resources and schedule personnel.
Failure to utilise the booked session does not entitle the customer to a refund of the deposit.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customer-Initiated

> 72 Hours: One reschedule at no cost, or partial refund (minus deposit).
< 72 Hours: No refund. Rescheduling at management discretion.
No-show: No refund or rescheduling.

Studio-Initiated

If the studio cancels due to unforeseen circumstances (equipment failure, emergency, power outage):

Full refund, OR
Rescheduled session at no extra cost

4. Service Delivery

Refunds for completed services are only considered if the service significantly deviates from specifications. Requests must be submitted within 5 business days.

5. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, delivered files and materials are non-refundable once provided. Revisions are offered per project scope.

6. Technical or Client-Side Issues

Refunds will not be granted for issues arising from client lateness, absence, failure to provide materials, changes in preference after delivery, or equipment incompatibility.

7. Processing of Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
